On 10 February 2024, the ECOWAS volunteers in Moyamba District, working alongside St Columba’s parish, organised a one-day free medical outreach providing basic health check-ups, blood pressure measurements and glucose tests. The outreach served a diverse group of beneficiaries, encompassing people of all genders and age groups. Where necessary, hospital appointments, advice and referrals were provided to ensure the initiative was as effective as possible. The beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the generosity shown to them.
